The K-series NVRs will not support Face Recognition, you will need to use an I-series (DS-7732NI-I4/16P) or DeepinMind (iDS-7732NXI-I4-16P-16S(B)) NVR to access Face Recognition.

I-series NVR only supports Face Recognition when using a Hikvision Face Recognition camera, the DeepinMind NVR will allow you to run Face Recognition on some non-Face Recognition cameras.
