Bit of a hopefull one this is i don't think it is possible.
We have some storage container units in the middle of nowhere. This place cannot get phone line or internet but does have strong 3g and sometimes 4g signal.
We have 1 camera there connected to a dvr box but is there anyway of accessing this camera remotely?

Yes, it's likely that this will be possible.

You might want to have a chat with Nucleus Networks. They're a company that specialise in 3G and 4G networking, and have a lot of experience with 3G/4G CCTV applications.

Thanks. Just an update on this we may be able to get a phone line to the storage unit but obviously will only be getting 1-3 MB would this be enough for the cameras to work? We would be looking at around 4 cameras.

Have a look at the below bandwidth and storage calculator from JVSG

It does depend on the model of camera you go for, but most now are able to output two video streams - a high resolution Main Stream used for local recording, and a low resolution Sub Stream for remote viewing. Depending on the resolution and frames per second of the substream, you may be able to view all four remotely at a low resolution.
