Firmware Issue Updating the Firmware of my DS-2CD2186G2-ISU

Hello all, sorry for my english...

I have this camip (DS-2CD2186G2-ISU ; 4K, AcuSense, etc...) work great but... impossible to update !
My last one was build in may 2021, with factory firmware V5.5.154 build 201010 (B-R-G3-0)

I found no where this firmware ?!
only this one : V5.5.154 build 200928 (the closer one)

what is going on ?
Any ideas ?

I can't find V5.5.154 build 201010 anywhere on the Hikvision UK/EU firmware portals.

Where did you buy the camera from? Was it from a 3rd-party seller on Amazon or eBay?

Hello,

My cam is from eBay (spain) for france is perfect (EU market) no more shipping tax.

I find the probleme... Usually, I use 7Zip by default.
I try to uncompress with windows 10, the basic tool, and the update works !
I update correctly from factory firmware V5.5.154 build 201010 (B-R-G3-0), with regular G3 firmware V5.5.800 build210628 (G5 dont work in my case).
