We've recently changed from installing Dahua to Hikvision. We use the Smart PSS for online office viewing and maintenance and have started with the IVMS software for multiple site.
We are finding the IVMS software difficult to navigate and doesn't seem intuative at all.
It seems all devices log in at the same time and notifications come through when you first start up, having to uncheck the relevent P2P check boxes everytime.
Is there another piece of software by HIK thats a little easier and more intuitive? What about older versions of the software? Up for any ideas or suggestions as to what you guys use or links to different software.
