MacOS Ivms 4200 greyed out?

Hi everyone

I think I know what I need to do to record on my camera now, i log into the ivms and it's all greyed out.

i click the unlock but i still cant click on anything to set a schedule

i think i used the most recent version of the system so maybe i need to use an older version? im on Mac os high sierra

anyone know how to get around this?
