Help please.

I have my new system up and running. Getting to speed with everything but I'm having issues with the 3G/4g viewing.
I get an error code 8200.
The the ports have been forwarded and are open.
The app recognise I only have two camera but won't live view.
It will however let me playback???
It works fine in the wifi!

What am I doing wrong?
 
Sorry Craig, let this one slip me by - what was the issue in the end?
Might be useful for people who have a similar problem to yours.
 
To start with using the internal ip like a fool.

And then when I put the external ip in I wrote it down wrong!!

Ha, that would definitely do it! ;)

Which NVR model do you have, and which firmware version is it currently on? You can find out both in the maintenance section of your NVRs local menu.
 
Recently many common email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo etc. discontinued support for SSL email encryption, which was in use by Hikvision cameras and NVRs. This effectively meant that you'd be unable to receive emails from a Hikvision device using one of these email addresses.

Upgrading your firmware to v.3.4.80 should resolve the issue for you. You can download it from the Hikvision European download portal. Obviously don't do this if your NVR is a grey import Chinese model as you run the risk of bricking it - make sure it's a Western Region model.
