Door Entry KD8003 Intercom unable to import in Ringbacktone Settings

Hi,
I'm trying to import a ringtone onto the KD8003 via the configuration in iVMS 4200. It's located under Configuration>Intercom>Ringbacktone Settings>Add. My problem is once I'm here, I can't press the "Browse" button to import a ringtone. When I click it, no explorer pops up. Is this a known issue or something on my end? What can I do, or are there any alternative ways that I can import a ringtone onto the KD8003?

FYI, I'm using the latest version of iVMS 4200 (V3.8.0.4 build20220705) and I've updated my KD8003 firmware to the latest version too (V2.2.56 build 220713).

Are you running iVMS-4200 as an administrator?
Or do you have a firewall that might be blocking it from working fully?
