Am part of a team and several members who use iVMS-4200 on laptops are reporting that whilst the Presets are loading, there are no Call buttons loading to access them!
A temporary 'fix' has been found which is to create a new preset, edit the title, save it and refresh, then the Call Button will appear!
Anyone aware of a permanent solution? Could it be that laptops need a different Config to desktops, or something?
Any suggestions appreciated.
