Latest firmware for my DS-2DE4425IW-DE (S5)

Hi,

Please help, I've searched the forum and Hikvision's site, I really have, but.....

I'm totally lost trying to find the latest firmware for my DS-2DE4425IW-DE (S5) which is a PTZ speed dome I am told.

The version on my camera is 5.5.23 build 200415

I'm totally lost with Hikvision's model naming system and don't want to upload the wrong firmware by mistake.

Hi Jeff, It is very confusing. if you check the release notes for V5.5.23 here, it mentions your model number. The platform for the next updates also matches and it seems to be the only S5

I would say so, the notes for the next 2 updates do not refer to your model. Hikvision have a bizarre way of managing their firmware releases.
