Line crossing detection missing? (DS-7204HUHI-K1/E)

Hi..
I have a DS-7204HUHI-K1/E dvr with firmware version V4.30.210 build 210111. Before I updated to that firmware version, I could still use the line crossing detection feature. But now with that firmware version, the feature is gone. I've tried to do a restore via SYSTEM>MAINTENENCE>Upgrade & Maintenance>RESTORE (keeping the IP / user info), but it doesn't work. I tried to downgrade to the previous firmware version, but the downgrade process didn't work. Does this firmware version really remove the line crossing detection feature? How do I go back to the previous firmware version or bring up the line crossing detection feature? Please help. Thanks..

All camera missing the line crossing feature. My camera model HILOOK THC-B150-P & HILOOK THC-T150-P. I don't know the camera firmware.

Is it because I updated the firmware version from the hikvison US website, not using the asia region? here is the download link https://us.hikvision.com/sites/default/files/firmware/dvr-k72_ml_std_v4.30.210_210111.zip

Or maybe I'll try updating the firmware to the Firmware_Asia_V4.30.303_220623 version. download link is here DS-7204HUHI-K1/E . Is it okey?

We wouldn't recommend updating firmware using a version from a different region, It would be worth a try updating to the Asia firmware.

I'm trying to downgrade to the asia region version 4.25 & thhe problem solved. Thanks for your support Dan.
