Line crossing not respected on my DS-2CD2387G2H-LISU/SL IP camera?

I've got a problem with line crossing with a colorvu camera : DS-2CD2387G2H-LISU/SL
Line crossing is set to horizontal because my camera is installed in face of the road. Road is left and right to the camera.
Sometimes, car or humans walk on the road and line crossing is triggered out of the line. Very strange issue...

Did you see the same problem ?

Also, line crossing not working well at night when cars pass the line. HLC and exposure time change to have no headlights. Very strange.
