Live view on Chrome / Safari

Hi

Are there any special settings people have had to tweak to get this to work with latest cameras and NVR firmware? I am now running 4.6 on my I series NVR and have a couple of new cameras, which I believe should support the web sockets method of connection. The info on this working with Chrome or Safari seems a little patchy. I can see the view when I go into the settings to configure smart alerts for example, but nothing in live view.

Are you primarily a Mac user? Unfortunately, Hikvision does not offer good browser support for Mac users and the best way to access Hikvision products on a Mac will be to use Hikvision's free iVMS-4200 software.
