Logging in to my Hikvision PTZ via Virtual Host is not working

Hi, I have ticked the virtual host box then copy the hpps address into my browser but it says wrong password So won’t let me in!

any ideas?

Hi Jenna,

What camera model is it that you are having this issue with?
What NVR model do you have and what firmware are you currently running?
Did you activate the camera by directly connecting it new out of the box to the PoE ports on the NVR?
Why are you copying the HPPS address from the camera management list? Have you tried just clicking the virtual host hyperlink in the camera management list?

Can you please share a screenshot of your camera management page?
