Door Entry Looking for Remote Garage Door Opener Solution Compatible With DS-K2708 Access Control

I am looking for a solution to integrate a remote garage door opener (receiver and transmitter) with the DS-K2708 controller in a new building that has an underground garage with an overhead door. I already have a HikCentral server managing multiple buildings and would like this solution to be compatible with it.

Ideally, tenants would use a remote keyfob to access the garage. Does Hikvision offer a compatible solution for this setup? If not, are there other brands or systems that can integrate with DS-2708 and HikCentral? Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Something like this

12v 4 channels on off relay remote control switch wireless key fob RM104 | eBay, find something that looks better.

Simply connect output from keyfob relay module to Exit button assigned for its doors.


Another option is connecting to alarm inputs, and then doing linkages. This way you can have both opening and closing separately
