Hik-Connect Lost remote connection to my HiWatch NVR-208M-A/8P?

Hi all

Over the weekend I started to first intermittently, and then permanently lose connection to remote access my cameras.

System is a HiWatch NVR-208M-A/8P.

I can still play back and view on the monitor at home, but when I log into the app I get this:

If I click on the "more" button it still brings up all the camera options, but with "offline" on them all.

Any suggestions? I installed this myself so don't have an installer to go back to!

Sorry I meant to update. Yes I'm using Hik-Connect, although I understand that's being pulled shortly?

It started working a few hours later with no explanation.
