Main Stream Event I Frame

Hi, I have a problem with ColorVu cameras, the main stream event I Frame Interval keeps defaulting to 25, on main stream it is set at 50. When I log directly onto the camera interface I can change this but the NVR does not update. I have tried rebooting camera after changing the settings and rebooted the NVR. This is notable when events are triggered, the image goes pixilated on motion. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

What are the models of your camera and NVR and the firmware currently running on each?

And is the camera connected to the NVR directly, or across the LAN?

You shouldn't need to log into the camera directly to change this setting, so this may be confusing the NVR.
Have you tried changing it only on the NVR for each camera in Configuration->Video/Audio->Video?
