Max and Min sizes... do you need to use them?

I've done a quick search on this and can't find a definitive answer.

Do you have to set Max and Min Sizes when configuring Smart Events (Intrusion Detection or Line Crossing).

It it valid if you only set one or leave them out entirely?

From our testing, when you enable a smart event like line crossing or intrusion detection on the newest AcuSense cameras then the Max. box appears by default filling the whole live view. We have tested triggering and the event will trigger with and without a minimum box set, but we would recommend having a minimum box set to reduce false detections.
