Menu Probs with Hikvision DS-2DE7A432IW-AEB T5

Hello,

I have a Hikvision DS-2DE7A432IW-AEB T5 and recently the tracking feature that was working fine before has become lazy and goes to park after a number of seconds of tracking.

I have signed into the PTZ through the NVR using SADP, and to the ptz directly using SADP and the menu (attached) has no PTZ option and nowhere on it for me to change anything to adjust the settings.

Please could someone show me the error of my ways

What browser are you using to log in to the PTZ camera?
What firmware is the PTZ camera currently running?
