microphone & speaker recommendations for outdoor use with Hikvision cameras?

I'm afraid that we don't have a good answer 
If you have a Hikvision camera that does not have a built-in mic & speaker, but has terminals / connections for you to add them, unfortunately it's much harder than you'd expect.
For the microphone:
You need to find a suitable weatherproof device.
Ideally one with auto-gain, to distinguish sounds of interest (from the background noise).
Typically, you will also need a separate power supply for the microphone e.g. 12 volts DC.
And, of course, then need to wire it to the camera's connection terminals.
For the speaker:
Kind of all the above.
Plus, and it's a big plus, you need an amplifier to drive the speaker ...
