Hik-Connect Mobile app connection issues

First time poster so I might not get this correct ,I’m having connection issues with mobile app on phone and iPad it runs for 2 seconds then freezes I get this message (network unstable connecting again )
nvr model is DS-7604-N1-K1-4P firmware is V3.4.103 BUILD 1811226 it saying no new version available
iphone 8 is running iOS 13.4.1
ipad is the same
I can’t get camera model as it’s all locked and I’m waiting on someone to get a key
 
Make sure the firmware on all cameras are up to date too.

Is this issue only happening when using mobile data, or when connected to the WiFi as well?

Try all the steps in @StewartM's post in this thread too: Network unstable problem

Also try lowering the frame rate/video quality/resolution of the cameras to see if this makes a difference.

Yes problem is only on Mobile phones unit is fine itself works a treat ,thanks for reply
