I have a Hikvision DS-7616NI nvr and I need to configure motion detection with an IP Cam.
When I go to the events section for the motion detection setting, I get the error "the camera does not support this function".
The aforementioned message appears with cameras also of different brands, so I did not understand if it can only be activated on cameras of the same manufacturer.
Before the purchase I had read that it also supported third party cameras.
Is it possible to overcome this problem?
