Motion detection issues - constantly seeing static items as moving?

Can anyone help? I'm struggling with motion detection problems. I have a hikvision DVR with some hilook cameras. I have an issue with one of the cameras and it constantly seeing static items as constantly moving, which is causing a constant motion event & recording.

Any advise on what could be causing this?

NVR: DS-7608NXI-K2
FIRMWARE: V4.73.000 BUILD 221012

CAMERA: IPC-T289H-MU
FIRMWARE: V5.7.1 BUILD 220420

Happens when using a non Acusense camera, Hikvision or other and when the "VCA Mode: By NVR" is selected for this camera on NXI-K series NVR.
There is no other way to have Smart Events without this mode.

Today, in firmware v4.82.100, the problem remains the same. By just selecting VCA Mode: By NVR and just enabling one of smarts events. The problem as you see is that the rectangle is moving even if the target does not move and gives an alarm possibly because of reflections.
There is no way to solve this
