Need help with new cameras bought online

Hi guys,

Im kinda a newbie to CCTV installations so please bare with me. I bought a few 8MP DS-2CD2385FWD-I cameras from eBay from 2 different sellers. They were sold to me as genuine cameras. When I plug them in and look on the camera page it shows detecting after some time and theirs two ticking sounds and then shows the yellow triangle.

Any advice would be really appreciated because I really doubt all the cameras are faulty.
