Network Exception - iVMS Android

I've been using iVMS 4500 for Android to monitor my NVR by logging into Hikconnect, but randomly today it stopped connecting.

I reinstalled the app but when trying to log into my Hikconnect account I get a "Network Exception" error.

However I can log in via the Hikconnect website and Hikconnect app (which I would use but absolutely cannot stand). I can also connect using iVMS when connected to my local network and using the local IP

Any one else having issues with Hikconnect via iVMS for Android?

Yes, I cant login either, message says network exception, but my wife can on her phone.
