Networking Problem - Hikvision Wifi NVR and Wifi Extender

I have 5 Wifi Outdoor cameras ( EZVIZ C3TN) and - 8 Channel Ezviz NVR (X5S-8W) with Harddisk for local storage.
My internet router is directly connected to NVR with Ethernet.
2 Cameras directly connected to NVR Wifi Network
3 Camera connected to Wifi Extender Network from the Main Router.

All the cameras are connected to EZVIZ Mobile App so I can monitor remotely over the internet.
Now my issue is only two cameras are recording in the NVR that is directly connected to the NVR Wifi Network
How can I add the remaining 3 Cameras to NVR and record locally?

A network diagram of my setup is attached.

What is the model number of your router and WiFi extender?

I'm wondering why there are 3 subnets on the LAN, are you using VLAN's?

Tenda HG9 Dual-band - Main Router Dlink Wireless AC1200 - configured as wifi extender Not using VLAN. I wanted to make it in a single subnet

Can you connect the Wi-Fi extender direct to the NVR?

why do you have 3 lan networks, are they all controlled by the main router?

can you ping all the devices from the main router?

I will look up the specs of the router and extender.
