Installed on DS-7608NXI-K2(K20A9) with two ColorVU G5
Issue of not Saving Camera VCA Data for "Others" target remains the same after updating ColorVU G5 either to firmware v5.7.17_24071 or firmware v5.7.18_240826.
VCA Resource is set to Smart Event for both cameras
Enable Dual-VCA is enabled on both cameras
Save Camera VCA Data is enabled on NVR
Enable Dynamic Analysis for Motion is enabled on both cameras
In Hik-Partner Pro, which I installed as an End User, I am also missing in SADP-Network Video Recorder-Operation-More Settings-Storage the Advanced Settings-Save Camera VCA Data option.
