New Hikvision NVR getting hang issue

I have installed two 32 CH Hikvision NVR s. One getting hanged during working. No response until it power ON/OFF.
Firmware Details given below. Please help me..

There are a couple of newer firmware versions so I would recommend updating to the latest v4.32.100 firmware

Ok, can you please give a more detailed explanation of exactly what is happening with the NVR? When does the NVR freeze/hang? Does it always happen after running for the same amount of time or when accessing the same menu in the NVR?

Screenshots/photos of what you are seeing would be helpful.
