No access to recordings during Playback on NVR

Hello,

I'm having a bit of trouble with the Playback function on the NVR. I can't seem to pull up any videos at all in playback mode on the NRV but I am able to do so remotely via web browser. I've only installed the system recently and don't really know where to start looking to fix the thing - any help would be hugely appreciated!


I have a DS-7608NI-I2/8P with Firmware V4.1.50, Build 180423

Hi, Your firmware is quite out of date. Please update to the latest V4.21.005 and try again:
DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL

You should also update the firmware on your cameras to the newest available.
