Door Entry No Day/Night Mode in my DS-KV8113-WME1 video intercom?

So I recently purchased a video intercom set from hikvision that includes door station DS-KV8113-WME1 and monitor DS-KH6320-WTE1 . Everything works fine but I don't have Day/Night Mode settings in ivms4200 or through website configuration but I know that model has that option cos in videos other people have it. In the attachment, I highlighted what I'm missing. The software of the door station V2.1.5 build 200629. So is there anything I can do to set it up or I just won't get it?

Can you share screenshots of what you see when trying to access this menu in both iVMS-4200 and the browser?

It basically the same in both so this is the screenshot of when you go through ivms and click remote configuration its in Polish but the option of Day/Night Mode clearly is missing.

Ok, which browsers have you tried? Have you tried logging into the intercom with Internet Explorer?

Yes I tried chrome, safari and explorer just now with the same result
