No expert mode button on DS-7116HGHI-K1 DVR browser access?

I am connecting a DVR remotely via web browser with IP. I want to configure HDMI out live view(Dwelling time etc).
On built in device gui, there is avaliable "expert mode" activation mode to see deep configuration.

Is there any way to enable expert mode only browser access. (I have no chance to connect via Hik-connect or access the device locally)

We have no experience with the particular DVR model that you have but from your screenshot, it looks like you only have the 'Menu Output' menu to control direct monitor output.

Some more advanced IP NVR models do allow some more control of the direct monitor settings from the browser, but in all cases, the only way to access all of the direct monitor live view settings is to actually plug a mouse into the DVR and access the direct monitor menus.
