NO-IP works only two days of the week?

Hello. I have HIKVISION DS-7608NI-K1/8P and i was connected through NO-IP.
Through Hikvision cloud everything works fine, but live view works only 5 minutes, and through NO-IP does not have time limitation.
But once NO-IP stop to work. And i did not touch anything.
And after a month or two NO-IP just started to work one day. And always in Tuesday. And now work just on Tuesday and Friday.
What can be the problem?
Where I can look for the problem?
 
As i recall, there was limitation with no-ip if you are using free dyndns domain.

Like every month you would need to create a new one.

But there is a way to remove 5 min live view, register new hik connect account via old version of hik connect, something like 3.1. And then add device there it will work.

Simply installing 3.1 and login to your account will not remove limitation. Account has to be created on old app.
 
NO-IP have refreshed their website quite extensively since I last looked.

They do still offer a free dyndns service, but you must re-confirm your domain name every month.
I guess it's possible that you have fallen foul of that in some way?

For $1.99/month you can avoid the need to re-confirm monthly.

Apart from that, basically no idea - it's very weird that it works only Tuesdays & Fridays!
