No night mode or IR?

Are you accessing via a web browser?
Might it be that the setting changes are not actually happening?
Try running the browser as an admin user.

I am not well up on this sort of thing, so what you are asking/suggesting doesn't mean a great deal to me.
I run 5 cameras using my desktop pc and software from icatcher....console 6.1.
I have checked all the settings using Installation Wizard2. All the other cameras are fine so I am beginning to think that maybe the camera itself has developed a fault.
 
It's a possibility.
It's a model that has been available since about 2016, so may be a few years old now.
