Hello,
I have two NVRs one from Super I series (DS-96128NI-I16) and one from I series (DS-9664NI-I8),
according to NVR(128ch User manual) there is a capture schedule for taking picture for time lapse or events like face detection

but as you could see below there is no menu for this configuration

but in my 64ch NVR there is tab for configuring this feature!

how this is possible?
btw both nvr are in the last fw see pic below (i test fw version 4.1.64, 65 and 66 verison on 128ch nvr but all same! capture tab is missing)

Have you tried:
  • Latest firmware.
  • Cycle the power to the NVR i.e. restart it.
  • And clear your browser cache.

hi thanks for your reply,
yes i did all even i check local GUI menu through hdmi there is no option!
base firmware was 4.1.64 i test all three 4.1.64/4.1.65/4.1.66 but still missing!
i'm thinking to go downgrade it to v3 firmware idk!
PS: the last firmware i found for this model is 4.1.66 in UK portal how ever firmware edition of its user manual is 4.1.60 so definitely this option should be in this series unless hikvision state a commercial lying word on its user manual doc.

Update:
just for information hikvision finally answer:
Sorry for late reply.
Super I series NVR don’t support capture schedule. Sorry for the inconvenience.

but in its user manual page 76 it explain how using these picture! that the darkest part of this company [Hikvision] personally this is second time i mislead by their technical document and waste my budget on wrong product, last year i bought a ANPR camera (2CD4A26FWD-LZ/P) based on its data sheet which was cleary said that support My region but when received we realize it's not, 3 month contacting their support and they just pass me to another guy and another guy.
disappointed.
