No picture on net DVR via up address login?

Hi folks I'm having problems trying to get a picture on my Poe cameras via the IP login, I can get a picture in the mobile app and via a monitor direct to the device
can anyone help.
it's a ds-7204huhi-k1 firmware v4.20.001 build 190430

Try updating to this newer firmware, as it may be that the current version isn't very compatible with the modern browsers - V4.30.120

I think the "K72" download is the correct one for your DVR:

Have you also downloaded the browser plugin from the button in the top right-hand corner of the Live View page?

If the new firmware doesn't work, try running Edge in Internet Explorer mode when logging into the DVR:
