No remote access to view cameras. Few people seem to be having a similar problem. I have a HIK set up. Was originally using the old 4500 software but my cameras stopped being visible on this app. So I changed to the new connect app. Managed to view my cameras using an IP address. Can’t share that app with anyone and can’t use remotely. Tells me that they are off line. Tried everything - the system wasn’t installed by me but believe I’ve transferred over to me. Can anyone help please.

What are the model numbers of your cameras and the current firmware installed on them?
Make sure that you have followed the steps in this guide closely, and that Hik-Connect is enabled on each camera and showing as online, as per step 1:
