No Time/date stamp on email picture with line crossing?

Hi,

Hikvision DVR IDS-HTHI-7208-M/2

I have email notifications set up both for motion detection and on line crossing (different cameras).

They both work fine with sending, but the line crossing trigger does not show the date an time on the picture. Is it possible to set this up?

Also the line crossing only sends 1 picture as opposed to the motion detection that emails 3.

Are you saying you have motion detection activated on one camera and the other camera has line crossing activated?
If that is correct, then looks to me as if the camera with line crossing does not have the option "Display Date" ticked.
On the camera, look at the settings under Image and then OSD Settings.

And when I get notified by email, I only get the one image (used to be 3 under my older cameras).
