Which app are you using on the mobile and what version of the app? How did you add the devices to the app? QR code, IP address, P2P/platform access?

C calli New Member Messages 3 Points 3 Oct 8, 2020 Thread starter #3 System has been loaded and working fine for over a year. Cameras froze on smartphone and now say no video – Hic-Vision on PC showing same error. Cameras have a dedicated screen and are working perfectly there.
