Hik-Connect No video on live view on Smartphone

No video on live view on smartphones. Main system working perfectly. Re-loaded app and updated but still no luck - error code 396520
 
Hi @calli

Can you give us the full details of your system, what NVR and/or camera models do you have?

Which app are you using on the mobile and what version of the app?

How did you add the devices to the app? QR code, IP address, P2P/platform access?
 
System has been loaded and working fine for over a year. Cameras froze on smartphone and now say no video – Hic-Vision on PC showing same error. Cameras have a dedicated screen and are working perfectly there.
 
Bingo ! reset device on the Hic-Vision app and all videos are up and running - thanks
