Hello all, I managed to connect my NVR but now i am not getting any video? I can see the time/clock moving but no video show up. is there something in the setting that i need to know? any help will be appreciated. thank you.

What does it show when you visit www.hik-connect.com from a browser on a PC and log into your account please?
What model NVR?
Running which firmware version?
Do you have cameras connected to the NVR?
Can you see those cameras via a browser to the NVR on your local network?
And/or from a monitor directly connected to the NVR?
