Hi all,

Just recently I am finding notifications to be an absolute pain. Some come through with the thumbnail, so come through with the bell icon, some are playable, some just sit at a percentage loading. What gives? Is this Hikvisions side. NVR and cameras are all up to date. There is no pattern either. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm betting it's a network issue on your side. I've found than any time I have those kinds of issues, it's on my side - router firmware, router needs rebooting, NVR needs rebooting, etc. Have you tested your up and down speeds via wireless?
 
Using an Edgerouter 4 on lastest firmware as router. NVR is directly connected to Cisco Sg250 gigabit switch. Cameras go into the poe NVR. Have a linksys velop wireless mesh setup with gigabit backbone full strength wireless signal throughout the house (wireless is not the issue here). Virgin media 385 down 36 up. I'd be surprised if it's an issue with my home setup. Have my CCNA so can blag my way around networks :)
