NVR-4CH-H/4P english firmware language?

Hello!





I have bought an NVR-4CH-H/4P Hilook security recorder.





It is work fine but I can not find an english language update. I found the latest firmware ont he internet but still polish language.


I found a webpage to download a firmware but was only the same, only with polish language....


I can only choose polish language on recorder.

Can not find a webpage where I can find a new english language update. I wrote to the seller and to the manufacturer. no answer...

Pls help me how can I load another language tot he recorder

I'm not sure if you will find an English language firmware for this model because as far as I am aware the NVR-4CH-H/4P was not designed for the UK market and was probably only meant for sale in mainland EU countries.

But what does it means mainland EU countries? only polish? :D hungarian? czech? german? - no other countries language i can choose only polish? :D

But when i watching videos from HILOOK youtube....set up date, records etc I can see the same neu I have got at this model in english language.

We can only provide limited knowledge because we have never sold the HiLook products, but I can see on the Hikvision UK website that there is a similar 4-ch HiLook NVR model to the one you have but a different model number and likely a different firmware.

The model shown in the video is likely one of these different models that supports either an English Language or Multi-language firmware.

Googling around for your exact model, I've struggled to find any mention of this model which makes me think it is either a long obsolete model and/or an OEM/rebadged model that has been customized for a specific seller/region.

With very little information on your specific model available, we could only recommend that you try contacting the supplier who you got the NVR from and/or Hikvision support.

the problem is i found 4 websites and emails to Hilook.... support...help ect. I sent a mail to a website where I bought this item. i tell u : NO ANSWER.

but I dont know why? - but only they need to write- sorry no other language or other else answer....
