Firmware NVR 7716NXI-I4 /S C or non C firmware

Hello All,

Recently bought an NVR 7716NXI-I4 / s. I cant seem to figure out if its version 'C' or not. I was looking at updating the firmware, and Hik portal site, has an option for two.

Looks like my NVR is on old firmware on 4.40 which does not even appear on portal site,

any advice would be highly appreciated in identifying.

Thanks, I did think it was that, the line below there are two b's in brackets, hence the confusion on my end.

One other question, when updating, can I jump to the latest firmware or do I have to go in stages.?

That's Hikvision for you, confusion is their middle name.

On firmware, you can go directly to the latest firmware from whichever firmware the NVR is on. For best practise, I usually factory default the equipment after a big firmware jump and set up from scratch
