The cameras are showing offline after our power was turned off for a few minutes after having a light switch changed. This has happened a few times since it was installed 3 years ago and we have been unable to view cams on the phone which we do rely on to see if anyone is at the door. It costs us £50 every time someone comes to reset it. I am unable to do this myself due to being infirm and its all so complicated. Why do they not reset themselves?? They are no use to anyone who has frequent power outages.. Just wondering if there is a simple fix as we cant afford to keep paying like this. Thank you
