Nvr issue

I have hikvision DS-7P08NI-Q1 and it is connected to my mi tv . The nvr works fine but whenever there is a power cut . And when i again open my nvr there is a blank screen and if i do a right click on mouse the nvr screen appear showing all my cameras but the nvr is not further functional it neither ask me for password nor respond the mouse command . So i have to reboot the NVR through a switch which is available at the back of NVR . In my area there is a frequent power cut and this issue is frustating me so can anyone please tell me any solution regarding this problem

We have never heard of the NVR model you have, can you double-check the label on the NVR and make sure that the model number is correct. It may be that this is a model specific to your international region, if this is the case there is probably very little we can do to help as we are UK-based and only have experience with UK/EU hardware/software.
