NVR Live View Stuck the PC Or Laptop

I have HIK Vision 16 Channel NVR Model# DS-7616NI-Q2.There are 12 cameras connected After 1 minute opening and starting the live view in Internet Explorer Pc start to stuck and internet explorer start to use the high processor usage. I also used chrome with IE tab and the result is same. I have Corei7 10th generation with 12GB Ram Laptop.I have also try it on pc but the result is same.I have attached my NVR Detail

I would recommend that you update the NVRs firmware - v4.30.000
