NVR rebooting when changing from data to Wi-Fi on Hikconnect

I have the DS-7604NI-K14P NVR and the 16.1 version of Hik-Connect app.
However, several times a day when my phone changes from data to WiFi it causes my NVR at home to reboot losing several minutes of footage? It also sometimes reboots when someone walks past and triggers the intrusion detection notification.

Its very frustrating and I'm struggling to get to the bottom of it
