NVR - Remote Configuration access errors

iVMS-4200 v3.6.0.6 / NVR DS-7732-NI/24P.

Added NVR to iVMS not a problem and online. But whenever I try to use the Remote Configuration option all I get is the attached error regarding HCNetSDK. In all other respects the NVR is working fine and I can access all 30 cameras remotely either in the VMS or via a browser. Obviously I want to be able to change settings without having to constantly go to the building.

Tried via Hik-Connect however that does not work either and gives the second error message.

So at moment I cannot update the NVR remotely.

Any ideas?

Someone suggested "See if Auto Change Stream Type is enabled in ivms 4200 and disable it." but message has been removed. That option (which should be under System Config -> Image or Right Click Group is not present on latest version. If that really is a solution can someone explain where? Thanks.
