Only channel zero can be accessed on ivms?

Please help with this,

I have 23 different locations, every location had minimum 4 cameras, couple more than 4, in totals 96 cameras.

I get 2 i7 pcs and install ivms-4200.

Around 19 location working perfect, and marked confirmed every single cameras, only 4 location giving only channel zero cameras on ivms, but if connects via hik connect on mobile then working fine.

Anyone help please?

Are all the cameras the same model?
What model(s)?
Are all running the same firmware version?

Yes, all cameras are the same model and I'm not sure about the version. I can check
