OSD Parameter Error DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZS/P

Hello Guys, I have a ANPR camera which after a recent factory reset I cannot reduce the OSD size which is stuck on “Auto” and it’s massive lol.
I have tried all of the following methods listed below and still get a pop up error saying “Parameter error”

1.. Via NVR GUI OSD setting doesn’t offer size adjustment
2.. Via iVMS 4200 on Windows laptop
3.. Via Chrome / Firefox / Edge browser webpage after installing “web components” for each browser.
4.. Via Chrome with IE plugin and web component.
5.. Via Safari on iPad Air.

I welcome any ideas, or do I upgrade and move on?

... Update ...
I managed to get the legacy ANPR camera to successfully reduce the OSD display using EDGE running in IE mode then run Web Components and "Allow Access" to IE.
Hope this helps anyone resetting their legacy cameras and getting the "parameter error" message when changing OSD size.
