Out of my depth

Hi every one. thanks for letting me join.
I have a bird box with a camara and need to connect it somehow.
It comes with a s-video wire which goes into a scart plug with a plug in power adaptor.
Ideally want to get it to my wifes pc where I can digitally record.
Do i need a scart input for pc or can I convert to data cable and put in router where any pc or phone can view??
If you want a photo of it please ask. Its an aldi bird box

You are going to need to convert from that SCART format before you can get it into a PC, or onto your network.
You'll need some sort of adapter gadget.
Sorry I can't recommend anything, it's not an area/device type that's discussed much these days
