Picture not clear

Good Afternoon Colleagues
I hope you are doing well . We have installed almost 30 Hikvision cameras (Part Number: DS-2CE16H0T-IT5F) at one of our customers.

We have two cameras that has an issue . The picture of those two cameras is not clear . The cable length between those two cameras and the DVR not exceeding 100 meters.

All other cameras are working as expected.

So any suggestion to solve this issue?

Can you share screenshots/photos of the picture issue you are seeing with these 2 cameras?

If other users can see the type of picture issue you are seeing it will help us diagnose the cause (e.g. faulty camera, cable issue, camera settings, etc...).
